Winner Announcement

The North American Manipur Association (NAMA) is pleased to announce the recipients of the Dr. A. Surjalal Sharma Memorial Grant. The grant honors the memory of Dr. A. Surjalal Sharma who was a renowned Manipuri astrophysicist and one of the founding members of NAMA. The grant is aimed at supporting young Manipuri physicists and researchers in other disciplines.

After a rigorous selection process following applications from a varied pool of many deserving researchers, we have awarded the grant to the following two PhD candidates:
